BlueHippo Funding - taking my money and getting no product
I got a letter in the mail stating i had won something in May of 2006 when I called they said after I gave them a confirmation number would I be interested in getting a computer by making payments with no credit check. Ok sounded good they went thru this spill how I would receive also a new 20 inch flat screen TV a free color printer and 700 dollars in software and 500 dollars in game software with only a 99 dollar non refundable payment and because I got paid every 2 weeks they would do an automatic withdraw from my checking I explained all I had was a savings they said no problem. They said after 13 consecutive payments I would receive my computer It is now Jan 25 2007 I cancelled with them 2 weeks ago he said that because I was cancelling it was going to cost me 175 for breaking terms and agreement forms that I signed. Needless to say I never got or signed those papers He was still going to take one more payment 2 weeks ago after I told them I wanted to cancel my account Yeah OK I have put stop payment on them for any more attempt to take any more of my money> also before the cancellation on this I had numerous attempts on calling them trying to get my product All they would say is if you give us your email address we can email you the forms of agreement for you to sign my reply if I had the computer I have been putting out 160 dollars a month I could give the email So even after I have cancelled this order they are still trying to get me to sign papers that were never mentioned on the phone papers that i finally told them to email them to the public library when I went to check that email there was nothing I have contacted the BBB in Maryland and came across this on line in hopes that someone can help me get my monies returned in full and in hopes that no one else will get taken by this scam
