WV. Child Protection Services - failure to protect
State of WV. C.P.S. failed to protect my 7yr.old great-nephew 3yr.old niece from abuseneglect they suffered for years by the hands of the parents. They were reported numerous times by the family,neighbors,teachers and even doctors.It took the state years to step in to help these children.The state never even prosecuted neither parent for the abuse to the children.Mother has signed both children over to state custody,divorced the father and got remarried. The father signed over his 7yr.old son to state custody but not 3yr.old daughter. The state placed him on a Parental Plan set up by the Judge C.P.S. to gain back custody of the child.The Judge is also refusing to let the child live with other blood family members. The child is currently living in a foster home when she has family willing to take care of the child. Im the childrens great-aunt and Im fighting for Justice for these children!! Cps Failed!!
CPS in Michigan failed to help my son out... The supervisor informed the caseworker to clsoe the case out...
The courts apparantly didn't return caseworkers calls..And my children's mom refused to contact CPS after they left her several messages...
Their report stated there is a preponderence of evidence supporting the claim od abvuse and neglect...Must be it's cuz he's now 16..??
