I was attending college there between Spring of 98-Spring of 2000 and was very ill during that time and had to have operations and things of that nature. I went in my professors and the dean of education at that time to try and work something out and never was really helped. While I was away recovering I was removed from the program and denied re-entry. I was just a few hours short of completing a degree. I was denied a degree and was told to go to another school. I even had the medical records that backed up all my sickness. I do not feel like justice was granted and I want my money that I spent while there back. Every last penny. I also want damages for defamation of character. I also want damages for pain and suffering. And I want my degree.

I believe that I am entitled to that.

I had a similar case I posted on badbusinessbureau. Although, I recommend you contact www.Scaminators.org or try to report the college here, www.my3cents.com or guardianecommerce.netguardcomplaint.htm. The more you expose the college the more chances of them either harassing you or assisting you in your distress. As for mental stress go to a chiropractor and take some mental pills. 'You can't always get what you want. You get what you need' like the song goes.
