Cartoys - sold insurance policy on phone,, not activated
Bought two cell phones and bought insurance policies for both phone, I contacted the cell phone carrier ( Verizon) and was told the insurance coverage that I paid for was never activated and I would have to take this up with the retail outlet where I bought the phones.
It is too late to back out of the contract for the cell phone and verizon will not help me with getting my insurance policy activated.
I called the Cartoys store where I bought the phones and they said the manager was gone for the day.
I will contact my credit card company to see what they can do as I paid for the purchases with my card.
