Physicians - Wrong diagnosis and will not treat me for illness
I have a condition calledmorgellons. Very painful. Open lesions, itching, fibers, losing eye sight, internal problems and neurological is all affected.
I am being diagnosed DOP. on the first or second visit and even when I keep going back after that they will not treat me. They call me delusional, crazy and tell me to go home and grow up. One even told me to get a pet.I am terribly ill. I sometimes cannot walk right and I am having a hard time taking care of myself. The Dr at the eye center wrote a letter stating I was spyrolling out of control with mental illness.
Then we have the Dr.'s that I haven't even seen that put out articles that talk about morgellons disease and how it is DOP. Derm Association and others that are making it more and more difficult to get proper treatment.
I have been going to Dr.'s for almost 4 years begging for help. I am not sure how much longer I can keep this up. I need some medical care. I walk in the office with open lesions and they say your skin looks fine. Oh you're ok???
I have begged for helpover and over and I am talking to deaf ears. I found out a woman that was ill with the same had gone to the same dr I had been and I straight up asked him if he had seen others with these symptoms and he told me no.
She has the elsions as well and we went tinto the office together to talk to him and ask him to please report this to the health dept and he said No I will not. Even the health dept will not listen to me.
If my rights have not been violated and this is not discrimintation then I do not know what it
Class actions involving civil rights claims may be based on either state or federal law. Most common are the discrimination actions brought under a federal civil rights statute to recover for racial, ethnic, gender, age, disability or other form of discrimination. Many of these actions are brought against employers, but they can also be asserted against an insurance company, a store or restaurant, a governmental unit, or another party that has discriminated against a class of people.
While civil rights class actions are often based on a statute, they can also be based on a constitutional provision, such as one guaranteeing equal treatment under the law. And not all civil rights class actions are filed on behalf of minority groups, as 'reverse discrimination' actions allege discrimination against Caucasians or men
