City of Weaver - Being harrassed.....by zoning city officials
Yes, I've been singled out....as property owner land owner.... of my own place... harrassed needlessly by lawmen, City officials regarding problems (still unsolved) regarding zoning ordinance issues. They try to claim that my 5' fence is too high. But yet there're some other older citizens.... different parts of same town... who are allowed to keep up their fence....at 5' too.
And on top of this... the Weaver Police have harrassed at night when I come in. I turn my headlights on, aim towards my home... to try to see my way into my shop bldg., or my home at night. 'Cause people act crazy around others around here, try to knock people down, break in people's homes, etc. And then on top of this....the Weaver Police have tried to single me (fairly recently too), ride my tail....over seatbelt laws. And my seat belt is always fastened... before I even move or go anywhere in my car here. I would like to file this suit.... on civil rights violations here.
'Cause the police aren't helping to protect people anymore. They're just to harrass us. And allow the criminal element (esp. drug elements) to keep on going w a lot of their operations too.
