Majestic Insurance - Lawful beneftits withheld - Bad Faith
Majestic Insurance has not made regular Workman's Comp. benefit payments. When I have requested Majestic Insurance to make regular payments, Majestic Insurance then fails to provide any payments at all.
Majestic Insurance has failed to pay me the self-imposed late fee of 10, as required, for their late and missed payments.
Majestic Insurance has failed to pay for my prescriptions.
Majestic Insurance issued a prescription drug card to me which is unusable. Majestic Insurance has failed to pay for my prescribed service animal and wheelchair.
Majestic Insurance has uprooted me from physical therapy sessions to attend their QME's without payment or reimbursement, to me or my caregiver.
Majestic Insurance was, and still is, eight months behind in benefit payments. From the time their doctor determined they caused my injuries, it took eight months for Majestic Insurance to start their irregular benefit payments.
Has anyone else experienced payment difficulty with Majestic Insurance? It's impossible to attempt to have a normal life with Majestic Insurance in control of supplying Workman's Comp. benefits.
