ORBITZ - Hidden Charges
I booked 3 flights from LAX to FRA on Air India through Orbitz. I asked several times for a total price for the 3 flights. I was given a total price on the phone. When I received Email confirmation for the 3 flights, the price was considerably higher than what had been quoted to me via phone. I Emailed Orbitz in regards to their increased fees. Two seperate employees replied with yet a third price which was still a higher price than originally quoted on the phone. My credit card was charged a higher rate than what I had been quoted and agreed to. Now AFTER my phone order, additional fees were added to the total price. Orbitz's own fee schedule is so confusing, even their own employees can not figure it out. Orbitz is defrauding the entire general public with their add-on fees.
