Pain Treatment Center Employer - Salary cut
In the year of 2002, Aug had back surgery and then in Sept had another back surgery, which I was off a year.
When returned to work, they had given my job to a new person. The position I held was material manager, and
and surgical the fluoroscopy machine technician. which was suppose to be run by a X.ray technician. I held this position for 8-9
years, and I was replaced by a Xray. Administration knew I was not a Xray technician, and seen to it that I was
replaced and offered another job with a 2 cut in salary and put into another department. Two weeks ago I was
again cut in salary by 1 and did away as material manager. The personal CEO who is a lawyer stated they
didn't know if I would return or not, I was in their office every month paying my insurance and giving them a
update of recovery. I was under the impression after our talk I would be in the other department till I was
was released to full time by my surgeon. In Nov I gave them a note from my surgeon that I was released to
full time duty. I was informed that I had no job in the operation room never! My question is was it legal for
them to do this?
