Harris Investment of American LLC - Investment and Security Fraud
The owner of this co. conned me and other investors out of a lot of money. The same thing that happen with the Enron co. happen to us. He fraud us out of our money and then he ran with it. His co. is in default. It was his intention all along to take our money and run with it. We invested our money because we were told that our investment will give us a high rate of return on our money and double our money match. Harris also told us that our money was insured, secure, gurantee by him and FDIC which would not true at all. This case is being investigation by the SEC of MS and Nevada. They are looking for him now after they were investigating this case. They said that our money were going. His co. had no capital or par share value. They said they could not see where or how Harris were investing our money. Anyway, last 100105, Harris closed our account and said that he will give us all of our money plus interest and money match total. It has been over 10 months and we did not received our money yet. Harris is currently on the run. Even though the SEC pursuing him in a criminal investigation, I still need to get a lawyer to take Harris and His wife Monique Harris to civil court. He has property in MS and I want to sue both of them for future earning in jail and out of jail when they get a job. I have invested over 25000.00 since 082003 until July 2005. With the interest and money match, he owes me over 39000. I also want to sue for mental anguish.
