Blue Hippo Funding - Computer Company is a RIPOFF
I heard about Blue Hippo from a commercial about not needing good credit to recieve a computer. When I called them to set up they informed me that i would need 39.99 down and make 5 consecutive payments of 43.98 a week. This was back in March, since then they have taken 43.98 from my account every week on the week without missing one payment and I have yet to see a computer. I call them every week when the money comes from my account to see if they will give me a shipping date, they tell me i will recieve a shipping date within 5-7 buisness days, still nothing. I've asked to speak to supervisors they always seem to be too busy to come to the phone. I ask were there really any supervisors there to speak to that's when supposedly a guy sounding like the same guy i just talk to said he was the supervisor and he would send my complaint off to corporate. I ask to speak to someone from corporate they wouldn't give any information for them. I ask them to stop taking money from my account until I recieve a computer, they didn't stop taking money and told my bank that I continued to give them permission to take the money out. How and why would I give someone permissoin to take money for a product that I don't even have. This has been going on for 5 months straight and I still haven't recieved a product or a call from there corporate office. This company is fraud, they are just out to get your money and they will not give a refund for all the money they've already taken. If someone out there just made an agreement to recieve a computer from Blue Hippo, STOP now before it's too late!!!
