BLUE WORLD POOLS - SCAM
I REPLYED TO A WEBSITE OFFERING NO PAYMENTS OR FINANCE CHARGES TILL 2007 FOR THERMO SPA SO THEY CAME OUT THE SALES GUY CONFIRMED THE SAME SO WE PLACED THE ORDER. THE GUY CAME TO DELIVER AND SAID SIGN SIGN SIGN AND WE DID EVEN THOUGH HE DIDNT EXPLAIN BECAUSE HE CLAIMED HE DIDNT KNOW WHAT IT MEANT. WELL NEEDLESS TO SAY I HAD A ATTY TO LOOK OVER IT AND NOTHING ABOUT NO PAYMENTS TILL 2007 WAS NO WHERE TO BE FOUND ACTUALLY IT WAS DUE 30 DAYS I CALLED AND THE OMPANY SAID THEY DONT OFFER THAT EVEN THOUGH IT IS ON WEBSITE IT WASNT HONORED. I HAVE PROOF OF WHAT SITE SAID AND STILL DOES AND NOTHING ABOUT RESTRICTIONS APPLY OR ANYTHING TO THAT. SO NOW THEY SAY OH WE WILL PICK IT UP FOR 4K. THE COMPANY HAS 5 DIFFERENT NAMES AND ALOT OF MAD PEOPLE VISIT RIPOFFREPORT.COM BUT THERE IS MANY MORE. PLEASE HELP THEY FALSE ADVERTISED AND LIED AND CONNED AND NOW WE R STUCK.

I believe I also got Scammed from Blue World Pools and Thermospa and have created a website titled:

This Halloween, Oct 31, 2006, Blue World Pools and Thermospa are supposed to deliver my replacement Swim Spa Trainer. The way I was treated on the original delivery date (June 21, 2006) I'm even considering inviting the local news channels to witness it. Maybe you are not stuck. Call the Attorney General in your state and explain what happened. Most companies don't want to get a bad reputation in the states that they are operating within. At any rate, it would be a great way to get back at the sob's. Once the law becomes involved, things get serious fast.
