Dishnet Satellite - antenna stolen by dishnet technician
On May 3,2006, dishnet sent a technician to my home to service the satellite. This technician left with a personal antenna purchased by us from Sharper Image that connected to the satellite to pick up local chanels. I have since called almost every day, trying to get this resolved. I have been told that they do not know who came to my home, I have spoken with approximately 10 different representatives, several people from the damage claims department. I was told by a supervisor that I would get free courtesy chanels until this issue could be resoved. When I received my bill, I was charged for these channels and my service was disconnected for refusing to pay the bill. I was called by someone from damage claims and told that they were looking for my antenna in the warehouse and asked me to describe this antenna. Everytime I have called, I have had to speak with and explain over and over what happened to someone different. What kind of bogus business is this. Can a lawsuit be filed against Dishnet for sending a thief to my home? I have yet to be reimbursed for my antenna. What can I do????
