They enrolled me for credit card protection, at a cost of 70.00 a month. I am disabled, and have been before this enrollment they claim I signed up for. I never did. I wrote and called for the contract that I signed, be written or oral. They didn't find it, because there is none...I was wondering why my monthly over payment wasn't bringing my bal. down. Then realized they were charging me for this insurance. I wrote,called and still no money returned on the payments made for 2 YEARS. What can I do? BTW I think credit-pro is a macy's company.
