Modern Destination Unlimited - vacation club not provideing the service they sell you everything they say is a scam
MDU sold a vacation package for 2995 plus 199 year promiisingvacations Average 490,50 off of hotel Discounts,rental car discounts golf discounts, 4 to 5 star hotels, we were told we save at least 30 saveings instead of booking online, but when I called the places they were on their website some prices were higher and some you could not get into because they were timeshare places, we were 2 star places, most small,dirty and many complaints from the public. When calling to speak with someone they take a least 3 days to call you back,never told us about the law that we have 3 days to cancel and I called to cancel within those 3 days and noone called back until after the 3 days were over. The places they show you during the presentation they can not provide you with when you get home, once you buy you can't even get back in speak with anyone that works for MDU because they won't let you in. That should tell you something right there, The police are envolved with this company and are called out there on a regular basis. We own a Timshare and shared that with MDU staff and they said we could get in cheaper with them I have called over 20 places on their website and found none cheaper then what I already own.
