Orlando Auto Brokers - Refuse to give Tag
My sister bought a car from these people paid them in full along with payments for doing the tag. The 60 days past and she had to travel to orlando from miami to get a temporary tag because the infamous Mike and company did not look about the tag and when called they would not answer the phone or call back when they did answer. They always had an excuse or bad attitude. This comes after the troubles we went through our naive way of buying the car then finding out it had so many problems, they said they would fix it and after days of going to the establishment it was not fixed. We were so upset that in one attempt we demanded to get the car and would fix it ourselves only to be told we could not get the car. We called the police and they told them that the mechanic had the keys and went home for the day. So we had to come back another day with tow truck to get the car back.
Now 90 days have passed and still no tag. When my sister got them after many attempts, with one call someone answered her by name ( showing that they knew her number) they told her that Mike was going to get the tag and would call . Again she had to call only to be told they would not give her the tag because she owed them money as the tag fees she had paid was not enough as the tag registration went up. Now she has to be going all over the place making complaints with Florida Highway Department, she has no title in her hand and is driving her car with expired tag because they say she cannot be issued another since they have it. It seems by researching this company that they have robbed so many people that they need to be stopped. If those with complaints would unite I think we should get a local news station or paper involved in making the community know the obviously illegal business that is taking place at this establishment. It is sad that in these hard times people have no heart. And the sad thing is I am developing a fear of these people since they have your sensitive information in their posession, who knows what lengths they will go to cover up their wrongs. Please if anyone out there knows how we can band together to put these crooks out of business
let us do so, we may be saving not only money for others but maybe lives.
