We purchased both the Calypso Washer and the companion dryer several years ago. We have had trouble with both, but it's the washer that's the big problem. Clothes often come out with what appears to be ground-in fine lint in splotches all over them, and bleach spots have ruined many items - in loads that I didn't add bleach to. Now the washer refuses to drain, giving an 'Ld' error code, and now it has also added a 'CI' error code. We paid around 1000 for this thing, and we would like to join the class action lawsuit. We were never informed about it or any recall by Sears.

I DO AGREE WITH OU ON THIS CALYPSO WHIRLPOOL WASHING MACHINE. I HAVE ONE AND I HAVE HAD OROBLEMS WITH IS SUCH AS THE MOTHERBOAAARD ACTING UP . MOLD AND MILDEW AND NOW ITMWONT EVEN COME ON A,ND HAVE HAD IT FOR A SHOR TIME.
