Southwest Limousine Service - Rip-Off

This company did not have the vehicles we needed for a wedding on October 10th. They sent two dirty limos to pick up and only had one to leave the wedding to the reception. There were 10 people in the limo going to the reception. The vehicle scraped bottom every time they hit a bump. They quoted me on the phone 500, sent a confirmation for 408 and charged my account 665.36. I spoke with Ray the next day and he was going to refund money in my account and 4 days later I have nothing. The package included champagne and a red carpet service which was not provided. The driver of the limo was rude and would not listen to anyone on directions to the reception and they arrived late to the reception. I have requested a full refund and have not had any contact.
