Cellphone stolen. Called asurion, was told cost to replace would be 130.00. Asked if it was true that they replaced phones with refurbished phones, was assured they did not.
Received phone. Noticed that opening to keyboard was alittle tight, but assumed it was because it was a new phone and was not ''''broken in'''' yet. About 11 days later, noticed a black tape like material starting to come out of phone where phone is hinged together. Called Asurion and told them about the tape and the tightness of phone. Was told it was too late to do anything about it. I explained that we did not realize something was wrong with it, thougjt it was normal to be alittle tight at first. Two days later, phone completley quit working, I am sure due to the tape pulling somthing loose inside phone. I lost 130.00 and a phone. I think this is a rip off and I am totally disgusted with them and at Tmobile for using this company.
