geneva roth aka loanpoint usa - Unauthorized debit transaction
Sometime this year I got a loan from this company. I came into a bigger financial stitch and was unable to continue the payments. I never recieved any paper work from them. I closed my old bank account and just recently opened one of those preload cards. The company had completed a unauthorized transaction from my pre load card of 400. I did not give them my account number but yet I have a debited transaction from them.
I contacted the my card company placed a dispute and a stop payment and they proceeded to tell me the only information on the transaction was the name LPUSA.
Ive done some research and found they have been debiting accounts without a license to do so.
