geneva roth aka loanpoint usa - fighting back
Ok long story short april 2009 i took out a 300 pda here it is septemeber and finally got it stopped and started getting saticefaction. I have come to find out that they were using a utah and when i questioned why i couldnt find terms and conditions for pennsylvania the responded back stating my accoutn was paid in full after having a total of 990 deducted from my bank account. after more investigation on my own i have come to find out they were not legally able to loan to pennsylvania according to thier license. i was told i would recieve a 250 refund IF i signed a WAIVER. i have denied and sent complaints to the pa state attorney general, utah bbb, and the utah Department of Financial Institutions. i will see if they try to make a with draw today 9182009
