yourselves - sorry this is the closest catagory
Nice (sic). You show complaints and your website says we can reply with something constructive, but all you really seem to want is to get us to sign up - I can't see where to reply to the Tiffin MH chasis year compaint. Well, to be blunt, the guy is being unreasonably stupid. MH manufactures buy unfinished chasses. The chassis 'model year' and the motor home 'model year' are obviously going to get out of sync due to order and delivery dates and inventory requirements. It is extremly common and affects virtually every manufacturer. It also affects ambulances, firetrucks, other specialized vehicle, etc, etc. The complaint is rediculous. State DMV's, insurance companies, yes, AND police departments all know and allow for the mismatch. There is no other way of doing business. The chassis is not a 'finished vehicle' like a normal automobile. I am surprised at you for even giving the complaint space on your web page. It makes you look like irresponisble con artists and does the entire industry a disfavor.
