Blue Hippo Computers - RIPPED ME OFF
I FINISHED PAYING FOR A COMPUTER ON 062309. I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY COMPUTER OR PRINTER. I HAVE FAXED AND EMAIL THIS COMPANY ABOUT 20 TIMES AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY COMPUTER. EVERYTIME I CALL THEY GIVES ME A DIFFERENT LINE. THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE SAME TRACKING FOR FED-EX. EVERYTIME I CALL THEM THEY HAVE NO SHIPMENT. THE ONLY THING I RECEIVED FROM DELL WAS A COMPUTER BAG FOR 1550.OO. WHEN I CALL DELL TO TRACE COMPUTER THRU TRACKING ORDER NUMBER THEY STATES THAT THE MONEY HAS BEEN REFUNDED BACK TO BLUE HIPPO. I HAVE SENT SEVERAL FAXES TO BLUE HIPPO CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPLAINT NUMBER BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY KIND OF RESPONSE. WHEN YOU CALLED THE WEBSITE CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER LISTED THEY CAN'T GIVE YOU ANY INFORMATION TO ACTUAL TRACE THE COMPUTER . IF YOU ASKED FOR A SUPERVISOR OR SOMEONE ELSE THAT MAY BE ABLE TO HELP ,YOU ARE TOLD THERE IS NO LIVE PERSON TO SPEAK WITH IT HAS TO BE DONE BY FAX ONLY. I HAVE REQUESTED FOR MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED AND THAT HAS NOT HAPPEN. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AND FRUSTRATED OVER THIS MATTER. I CAN'T BELIEVE THEY HAVE SCAMMED OTHERS AND STILL ALLOWED TO ADVERTISE ON NATIONAL TV WITHOUT THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREA INTERVENTION. SOMETHING MUST BE DONE TO STOPPED THIS COMPANY FROM TAKING CONSUMERS MONEY AND RENEGING ON THEIR OBLIGATIONS. HOW LONG WILL THEY BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE FALSE ADVERTISEMNT WITHOUT PUNISHMENT.
I WORK HARD FOR MY MONEY TO GIVE IT AWAY. I WILL PURSUE THIS COMPANY UNTIL MY MONEY IS RETURNED AND THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS.

No free Gifts Recieved
its been one year before i got my computer they took money out of my checking account weekly before i got my computer and took me ayear before i got it i am suposse to get free gifts digital camera color printer and 300.00 rebate i have not recieve it it is going 9 months to a year i know i have not spent 1,918.00 just a computer i could have got it at walmart for 7 or 8 hundred dollars all i want is myfree gift ps they wont have to worry about me any more i have wasted time calling

i totally mistakenly tried to get a computer thru blue hippo and i did not any of this was on going. i thought they were legit and i ordered a computer thru them. i have almost paid them 1000.00 i have to get my bank statements and see just what the totall is. you can not get thru to them at all. you cant get your computer or your money back. i really need help thank you sherrie hunt
