I went to the website in an attempt to by the buy one get one free snuggie for 19.95. You enter your order information and the site actually tells you you will be able to pick your colors on the next page. ON the next page they ask if you want to upgrade to the deluxe snuggie and if you upgrade, then pick two seperate colors and then hit the continue button, you get an order confirmation screen which states that you ordered two seperate sets doubling your charges and then they hit you with a 31.80 shipping charge, which brought my total bill to a whopping 86.70. When you attempt to make contact with customer service, they do not have a valid email address nor can you reach anyone by phone.
