I purchased a True Ceramic Pro from Advanced Beauty Solution, 1807 10th Street Apt.2, San Monica CA 90404-4538. The last charge I can find on my credit card statement is 81105. The product has been replaced once. The new pruduct worked appro. 2-3 months. Then the some problem occured. I even puruded a extended warrenty when the original iron malfunctioned. Now I can not find the company. Every time I get a number or address there is never any contact made because: No working number. No reply to the letter I wrote. My story is about like all the other commentscomplaints. This product did work. When it would keep a power supply. It always stopped working becauce it would not power on! The red paint also flaked of the surface. My daughter was willing to tolerated that becauce the iron did strighted her hair, with less effort.

This company taking money from people, then disappearing. How can a company disappear when they had a operating business, address, phone numbers, even information with American Express (for charges). You would think they could be found. I guess the address with a apartment listed in the address is shady. But that wasn't found out till I attempted contact for a replacementrefund. What do we do now? Just chalk it up as experience?
