BANK OF AMERICA - ridiculously Increased interest rates
Bank of America penalized me with a much higher interest rate, following my sending a payment short a few dollars, which occured by accident. I sent the remainder of the money in a seperate payment as soon as I realized my error, but BOA representatives were unwilling to work with me.
The next month a similar situation happened and they raised the interst rated even higher. I again attempted to speak with a representative and her supervisor to explain my plight and the result was they punished me again by reducing my credit limit. The designated monthly payment after the increased interest rate was ridiculous. The only way to survive it was to transfer my balance to another card.
I no longer wish to do business with this bank.
