Randall Reed Planet Dodge - Lies and bad service
I went to the Humble dealership because I had been preapproved for a new car with no money down by using my cash for clunker as a down payment by Houston Auto Group. I turned in all my paper work for proof of income. They filled out a buyers order and said that I had been approved but they wanted to try to get me a better interest rate. I drove the car home and that was on the 5th of August. I called every other day to see if they were ready for me to come in and finalize the deal. They kept putting me off. On the 19th they called me finally and said come on in they were ready. When I got there they said I would need a co signer or 2000 down. I had already put up 200 which supposedly I was approved without it. I got my brother who has a credit score of 815 and an income of 10,000 a month to co sign for me. 2 days later they called me in and said that wasn't good enough and I would have to come up with 18,000 cash to keep the car and they were no longer offering the cash for clunkers. I asked for my Jeep back and said I would go elsewhere. They had lost my keys to the Jeep and after an hour they found it and brought my car to me which was full of water because they left the windows down in my car and it had rained. They said they would vacuum out the water and fill my car with gas for the inconvenience. 5 minutes later they brought the car back and it had plastic bags on the seats and no gas. It was also overheating because it had no water in the radiator. I put water in and let them know I was very dissatified with thier business and would be spreading the word.
