INFINITI CORP - Overbilling me
I recently turned in my G35 coupe because my lease was up and it did have excess wear on the vehicle. I had it checked by a Infiniti inspector at my house and told me the location and damages that needed to be fixed. He told me that I can get it fixed anywhere else or with Infiniti and I chose to fix it elsewhere. Once my vehicle was fixed from the body shop I went ahead and turned it in at a nearby dealership. A couple weeks went by when I got a letter from Infiniti in the mail telling me that I still owe money for the excess wear on the vehicle. I called Infiniti Financial Services and they told me that the damages were not fixed and that I owe them. I have the receipts of the body shop where I had everything fixed and sent them the receipts and now Infiniti is saying that it was not done at a reputable Infiniti body shop. I believe I'm getting hustled for this money that I do not owe at all and I have proof that I have had all things fixed that needed to fixed.
