mircle ear - lying to customer
my husband bought 2 new hearing aids in 2007 at a cost of 3,500.00. in 2008 we took them back because my husband was having a problem with one of them and they were still under warranty. they took both hearing aids back, one for repair and the other for the warranty checkup. when my husband got them back he found that he now was having trouble with both of them. we found out that miracle ear has an exchange program and the hearing aids that we paid so much for were not the ones that we got back. we don't know how old these ones are. we did not know about the exchange program before we bought them. my husband is now having trouble with one of the hearing aids and was told that it would cost us 395.00 to have it repaired. these hearing aids are not even 2 years old. we are on a fixed income and cannot afford to keep paying for repairs. I don't know how many other people that have been lied to and cheated out of their money.
