Werner Enterprises - Refuses to pay their drivers according to published company policy
This employer consistently underpaid me .02 per mile for all miles driven during the course of my employment contrary to the Kraft drivers handbook payscale.
They also refuse to pay their drivers detention pay while the drivers waits to get loaded at a shipper for greater than 2 hours past their assigned pickup time.
The Kraft drivers handbook states that the driver will be paid detention pay beggining two hours after arrival, but does not give a per hour dollar amount.
The handbook also states that after 12 or longer months with Werner (not after getting on the account) the driver will be paid 0.32 per mile, 9 months 0.30 per mile, 6 months 0.29 per mile, 3 months 0.28 per mile.
Werner also refuses to pay their drivers for the miles they actually drive and only pays them Rand Mcnally Miles which is typically 30 less miles than it actually takes to get from a shipper to the customer to deliver their product order.
