Blue Hippo Computers - No customer service getting the run around
I ordered from Blue Hippo on February 26, 2009. I have been told that my computer was shipped on June 23, again on July 5, then again on July 23, and then finally on July 31, but everytime i asked for a tracking number for Fed Ex they didn't have one. They never have supervisors who u can speak to. They only have one number that u can call. I feel like i am getting screwed over because i wanted to build my credit. With what i have paid so far i could have already bought a computer at a computer store. They make u wait on the phone for up to 45 minutes, i have been hung up on. I want to be able to speak to someone that knows what the heck they are talking about. I am tired of hearing it has been shipped but we don't have a tracking number yet. Are they that dumb. Seriously, u have to have a tracking number to ship anything through Fed Ex, UPS, and anyother shipping company. i just want the computer i ordered not some piece of crap. i hope that the word gets out and that BlueHippo cleans its act up.
