Midland Credit Management - trying to collect ,, after paid settlement to company
Midland Credit Management Co...ha been calling our home and sending letters threatening legal action if an old bill from 'Household Bank' isn't paid on or paid off wihtin a cartain time period.The problem is, thatthses past credit carsd issued from Houshold bank, My aunt paid the settlement fee on them, that they'd requested aprox a yr agao in 2008...Luckily my aunt has her cancled check copy to show she'd indeed paid the settlement price agreed upon last year.We keep getting phone calls and letters from Midland credit Management and it really upsets my aunt.The credit cards were in both our names she was my co-signer...andI'd gotten behind on payments ect.. due to becoming more disabiled my computer at the time broke or lostit's hard drive or motherboard.AAS I used to do my bill paying online...Any help or info will be greatly appriciarted.Respectfully Yopurs, Melissa Daniels
