Empire Hyundai - Loan Officer,, Verbal and Chased me off Property,, almost an attack

This is concerning a matter that took place at Empire Hyundai in Fall River MA on July 14, 2009. I was in the process of buying a used car from them. I own my first car from them, that I got back in 2004. I thought about going back, since my car is getting up there in miles. The Loan officer, made the anoucement to everyone in the dealership, that my credit score was low. Where I cant get any car. He didn't take me to his office with my mom and discuse things. I feel that my rights volitied more than one way.

I asked for my car keys and my car back my plates back on them. Then again the Loan Officer made the comment againg about credit score. My intrest rate on my first car is at a 14.75 and I was going to ask what about extended that loan for another five years. He order off the property. I didnt have my car back in my own hands. He rushed me off the property, my mom blocked him from me. He was going after me. My mom wanted him to touch him.

Since then I have been having massive panic attacks even thinking of coming back to Fall River, to even rest. I work as much outside the state so I don't have to be here.

I never felt so scared at a car dealership like I do now. I have a habbit, to talk a little loud, but my voice just increases. I am not deaf, but he told me to quite it down and keep my mouth shut, I lost 2 days of work, over 200.00 of work on one of the days.

I feel hurt, my rights were volited. I believe rights are the same way as going to the doctors, and the only person can your paper work, is the person you give that relase to. Well, the Loan Officer allowed customers, sales, and others know that my credit score was low.

It makes me sick, that a Loan Officer from a car dealership can go after female in those means. I know longer have the local car dealership to get my car worked on. I went to them because they were local. I don't feel safe anywhere near the dealership or even at my home.

I find the loan officer scary. I wish these panic attacks can stop, I ran away to NJ for work, the day after, because I was scared to be home, and that I was hurt.

My mom was there, and whole building of customers and employees, but I bet no one will protect me, my parents watch me have a melt down because this. I am hurting, and I feel scared. He is a coward going after a female. I had this loan officer the first time I got my car from him.

I need help and I want action. He ruined me. Since then, I feel depressed and also I feel sick too. I know my score is low, they helped me the first, time. Many bills are paid off, I also have done what is needed to improve myself, I was already going in with 2500.00 down payment, and 2500 I was getting for my car.

The week before, I had the car, and the loan and everything, then the week later, I didnt. I lost everything. I believed they bullied me and harrssed me. They gave me an unsafe car to drive. The windshield on the car was cracked. Something you wouldnt others to have as windshield.

I need legal help and I need now. I am joking about this about this matter at all. I think this loan officer would have attacked me, if I didnt leave. I didnt have my car or keys in my hands yet. He scared me off of that property without my property. I dont feel like I need to pay for my car anymore. Because this service I have recieved.

I grade companies all day long, from Kmarts, to Auto Dealerships. I would say this was the worst shopping in my life.

I need action, and I like to pursue legal action.
