centennial wireless - ped service billing anyway
I was with Centennial Wireless for over 4 years, always had good service. Then in November of 2008 we started losing service for days at a time. We had never had problems with reception before at this location (our home). My wife relies on her phone for her job,she is directed day by day to each job as needed. When her employer could not reach her for days at a time because of no service she was threatened with termination, not to mention our loss of income for jobs lost.I tried on 3 different occasions to resolve this problem with Centennial ,but each time I was told a different story and told to wait until it happened again then return. At this time I talked to several other people with the same problem and 2 of them told me that Centennial was being bought by ATT and had at times lost access to some of their towers. These people also said that Centennial was aware of the problem but not telling customers. When confronted they admitted it,so I switched services.I offered to pay minutes used but they are charging 605.00 for early termination.I feel they breached contract by not providing services paid for, also by lying to me when I was trying to resolve this problem.I WAS a good customer, now I am a good customer for another company.
