Wells Fargo Mortgage - Fraud
Wells Fargo Mortgage owns a appraisal company called Rels.There are a couple of class action suits pending while others seek legal services to file a suit for the same reasons these suits exist.Wells Fargo uses this company to inflate Real estate value to home buyers and refinancing of loans.This company is not a lisenced certified appraisal service.They submit false reports, inflated market values and cause homeowners to be in the position known as,'Upside down' after the purchase of a home.I paid Wells Fargo Mortgage 400.00 for a appraisal.My buyers contract was based on the appraisal from a certified lisenced appraiser in New York.Wells Fargo represented that this was done and the property value was higher than the actual selling price.Based on this information,I purchased the property with a 20 down payment and paid all closing cost.Keep in mind that the finance cost rolled in the loan charged back to me is financed and I pay monthly interest on.Six months after the purchase,I learned that Wells Fargo did not do the appraisal and provided me with a market report that is as worthless as the paper it is written on.I was paid back 325.00 of the appraisal fee that I still pay interest on to Wells Fargo in my monthly payment and have a piece of property that is worth less than the amount I owe to wells fargo.Wells Fargo refuses to rewrite the loan,give me my money back based on the fruad they committed against me and now I am forced to pay property taxes based on a false value caused by them.I am seeking a lawyer and if I do not find one,I will still take this action to court and show in big media a list of lawyers I contacted that want big bucks in adavance, knowing I exhausted those funds to Wells fargo with a home purchase.Keep in mind,I can proceed as a poor person and not have to pay the fees lawyers have to pay to file my case.I save thousands in lawyer fees, filing fees and lack of care exhibited by lawyers by representing myself.I have the ability as anyone to research law and use it to file suit against wrong doing in any court.If you can not find a lawyer,learn how to do it yourself.Soon,we will have no need for lawyers when people learn they can do what the lawyers do for a high price.
