DCS,, Inc. (Diversified Collection Services) - State Taxation Collection Letter
About twelve months ago, this company sent me a letter stating that I owed the State of Virginia for pervious tax years. I called the State of Virginia and they stated that I owed nothing. I sent the letter back with information of receiving a refund for the years that they say I owe and told them not to contact again and no information should show on my credit reqarding this.
Just this past week, I received another letter requesting payment to be sent to a PO Box in CA, my SS should be listed to insure proper credit, even though they have listed an account on the letter.
