Geneva Roth - Generva Roth
I completed an application on-line for a small loan and before I even realized what I had done, I got a confirmaton from Geneva Roth, for 200. This amount was deposited into my checking account which I did notice. I tried to send it back but the person I called and spoke to would not give me information on how I could return the funds. later on I found out that there was no way that I could return the funds, because they charge something like 400 for a 200 loan. Anyway, I made an initial payment, but did have a balance due. The company that was collecting was Geneva Roth. I still don't know the name of the company that I got the loan from. I am investigating this with my bank. Anyway, I paid in full the entire rediculous amount. Now more than two years later, I am getting calls from some company that hires people from India, calling me at 3:30AM, asking me to call or have my attorney on record to call regarding this matter and that
