I set up a payment plan with BLUE HIPPO on a month to month basis, I was not told at that time I could not get my money back if I decided I changed my mind nor was not told if I missed a payment that I had to start over again with the seven payments. I spoke with the person that is suppose to be the supervisor,he said there is no one else over him,that I could not get my money back and that he was happy to cancel my order,that if I didnt have bad credit I wouldnt need to call them and thats the way there services are offered.The man I had spoken to earlier in May said he would change my payment amount,but never said anything about being on a two week basis.They didnt explain to me that I would not get my computer until these payments where made until I called to see why I had not recieved it yet.They are very rude and unconcerned about there customers. I would just like my money back and have nothing else to do with this company.
