I ordered a 'Free Trial Period' sample bottle for a Nature Pure dietary supplement and was advertised that I'd only be charged 3.95 for the free trial bottle. I provided the debit card information over the internet. 15 days later I received a another debit charge on my card for 89.31. When I called the company at the phone number provided by my bank, there was a long hold, only to speak to someone who advised me that I agreed to call in and cancel the charges within the 15 days or continue the 'subscription' thereafter. I immediately cancelled the 'subscription' and advised that day was day 15 anyway, in which she told me that it was day 17. I was told that the previous day, another bottle of something was sent to me, in which I do not have yet and that there is absolutely no refunds or returns, even if i refuse the shipment. I asked to speak with a supervisor in which i was told that this is there policy of no refunds or returns and the supervisor was not available to speak with. I was then told that they had other customers to attend to and hung up. I called back three more times and spoke to other representatives and the same outcome each time (the supervisor was not available, there are no returns or refunds and they hang up due to have other customers to assist.)
