DIRECTV - DIRECTV TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY CHECKING ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION

My name is Bridget and I am having problems with a directv account that is not in my name but money was taken out of My Checking account to pay for this person bill. I called there customer service dept. and talk to someone and explain to them what had happen, I was told then to send a copy of my bank statement showing that these funds was taken out of my checking account well I fax a copy of my bank statement showing the 1,216.77 taken out without again without my authorizaton to pay for this person directv account I fax these copies on 342009. I was then reimburst only 466.77 dollars of the 1,216.77. I called directv back about this and was given the run around several times. then I spoke with another customer service person from directv and was told to send this same information to there dispute department about this to see if they would debted the remaining 750.37 dollars back to my checking account that is owe to me, which I did on 4272009. I haven't herd anything from there dispute department. I called Directv back tonight (6-3-09); and talk to someone in customer service again and was told that the owner of the directv account has to pay directv the 750.37 dollars to them and then they would debt this money back to my account. This is not right because the way I see it he owe no money to directv because I paid for it and this was not by my choosing directv just took this money out of my account without my authrization. Please help me in this situation because this is not right I had to pay this money back to my bank which this has caused me financial hardship, this caused my checking account to overdraft like crazy money that I did not have and I wasn't expecting this to happen.
