Dairy Queen - Human Tooth in food
My son was eating a chicken stip and found a Human tooth it had a filling in it . Called Dairy Queen talked to manager she informed me that no one had lost a tooth there today.Explained to her that my son was 9yrs old and had not lost a molar and never had a filling done so I new it wan't his tooth. I had to ask for a refund witch she agreed . Called Dairy Queen's headquater's and talked to costmer service they told me to keep copy of my recipet and tooth that someone would get with me quickly. Went into store and tried to get refund but since I wouldn't give her the tooth she informed me she wouldn't be giving me a refund .Told her that this is what I was told by her company she said who did you call informed her that I had called DQ headquaters she told me that wasn't possible they where in Graham and not open. I called headquters back they made note and said they will be getting with the owner. Next day got a general letter form DQ headquaters saying thank you for calling with your compliant. Just wondring who's tooth my son had in his mouth where they a health or a sick person and concernd for my sons health .Shocked by the no concern for my son as it seemed like no big deal to find a tooth in your childs food And then treated so rude just still in shock .
