MY COMPLAINT IS THAT I STARTED A CONTRACT WITH VERIZON WIRELESS AND STAYED WITH THEM ONLY 6 MONTHS.I HAD NEVER GOT THE PHONE I PAID FOR I TRYED TO STOP SERVICE DUE TO THAT THEY REFUSED ME OF THAT RIGHT.THEN WHEN I CALLED I GOT HUNG UP ON ,UNFAIR BILLING,RUDE REPS.AND I WAS IGNORED.SO THEN I WENT TO SPRINT TALK TO THEM THEY GAVE ME A FAIR CONTRACT.DUE TO THIS I CALLED VERIZON AFTER PAYING THAT LAST MONTH TOLD THEM TO STOP THE SERVICE DUE TO ME NEVER GETTING THE PHONE OR SERVICE I WAS PROMISED.I WAS VERY UPSET.THEN I CHECKED MY CREDIT I WAS BUYING A HOUSE AND SAW THEM ON MY REPORT.I THEN SENT THEM A LETTER CERTIFIED LETTER STATING TO TAKE THIS OFF I DISPUTED THIS WITH TRANSUNION,EQUIFAX,AND EXPERIAN.TRANSUNION AND EQQUIFAX REMOVED THIS ITEM BUT IM NOW FIGHTING EXPERIAN WHO REFUSED MME THE RIGHT TO DISPUTE DUE TO THEM SAYING VERIZON VERIFIED THE ACCOUNT.I WAS TOLD BY A REP THAT THEY WOULD NOT CHARGE ME DUE TO ME HAVING MAJOR ISSUES.BUT THEY CHARGED ME ANY WAY.NOW I HAVE DELT WITH THIRD PARTY COLLECTORS WHO WAS ON MY REPORT AT THE SAME TIME NCO,NES WHO I SENT CEASE AND DESIST LETTERS TO AND STATED THEY CLOSED THE ACCOUNT.I FILED WITH THE BBB,ATTORNEY GENERAL,FCC AND FTC IN WITCH NO ONE WAS ANY HELP.THEY STILL REMAIN ON MY CREDIT AND I DONT NO WHAT ELSE TO DO.I HAVE TRYED EVERY THING AND NOW IM STUCK FIGHTING THIS AND EXPERIAN WONT LET ME DISPUTE THIS.MY CREDIT SCORE IS NOW WAY UNDER 600 DUE TO VERIZON AND 3 THIRD PARTY COLLECTORS SHOWING UP ON MY CREDIT REPORT AT THE SAME TIME DIFFERENT BALANCES BUT FOR THE SAME ACCOUNT.IS THERE ANY ONE THAT IS SUFFERING LIKE I DID.THAT CAN HELP ME FIND A WAY TO STOP THE HARRASSMENT AND DAMAGE TO MY CREDIT REPORT?
