Fred Loya Car Insurance - Insuring drivers without a Drivers License
In my accident case, Fred Loya is the insurance carrier in Houston TX. This issue borders a legal recourse covering Class Action, Consumer Fraud or Civil, towards Auto Insurance companies in Texas.
After a recent accident (Police Case 073050109-0) by a non driver license holder, causing approximately 1,600K of damage to my car and was not arrested, however that Houston Police officer encouraged me to speak up by contacting Texas government officials and our local news media, which I have started.
I was not injured, nevertheless this is public endangerment and fraud.
The following is where this unethical and fraudulent business practice exists:
1. UsedNew car dealerships (not accepting a valid U.S. drivers license upon purchase)
2. Insurance companies (writing policies without proof of the customer having a valid drivers license). In my accident case, Fred Loya is the insurance carrier.
3. State Vehicle Registration offices (not asking for valid drivers license upon purchase of the yearly vehicle registration decalsticker).
4. Vehicle Impound Lots (are ordered by city sheriffs to release impounded cars to owners who have no proof of a drivers license).
Hands are extended to accept payments with blind acknowledgement, of a valid drivers license.
The Police department wants to charge me 6 to get a copy of the police accident report!!!!
This is a reckless, fraudulent business practice which seems to be ok'd by the Texas Department of Insurance and obviously by our State Representatives and Senators in Austin for allowing this costly nightmare!
This allowance has frustrated and is burdening our police officers by disabling the police from arresting these indigents who are causing vehicle accidents who have no driver license!
They get into their vehicles and repeat this cycle escaping criminal charges!
Houston’s hit and run insurgence is costing innocent citizens financial hardships, property damage, increase of insurance rates, bodily and psychological harm.
When an Insurance company fails to qualify a potential customer and disregard whether or not the personpersons know the rules of the road for that citystate, and accepts their payment, IT IS FRAUD and that insurance carrier puts innocent civilians in harms way such as myself and thousands of other vehicle accident victims in this state by those who have damaged our property while driving without a LICENSE.
The individual insured by Fred Loya who ran into my car (which is paid for) was cited at fault and given 3 tickets!
The Houston police departments can no longer seize vehicles and arrest those who are driving on our streets without a drivers license!! WHY NOT!
I want to hold the insurance company of Fred Loya liable.
The indigent who ran into my car, doesnt have a pot to spit in.
If you're also a victim of this company, then submit your own Fred Loya Car Insurance complaint letter
