Forster and Garbus the debt collection agency mailed me a summons in sept,2008 i owed capital one money from a credit card i had a debt settlement company called the palmer firm who i have been paying every month i notified forster and garbus and told them i was in a financial hardship and asked them to work with my debt settlement company they said they will call them so i thought it was being handled.on may 19,2009 i call my bank to check my checking account it wasn't there so i called the bank to find foster and garbus put a judgement on my account a judgement i never new about so i went to putnam county court in carmel ny and pulled my file and made copies.A affidavit of service states i was served in person at 730 am at my address.First of alll there is a wrong description of me on the affidavit and i leave for work at 500 am so i know they are lying.So i like to join the class action lawsuit against forster and garbus and the company who says they served me.Thank you lawrence morra

Not Served Summons
I was not served a summons by forster and garbus they made up a description of someone that was not me unfortunatly i was not served by the process server co. that the attorney general is suing forster and garbusalso the amount that they are suing me for is unvalid is there a way to vacate the judgement they have against me.
