SO I WAS REALLY HAPPY,JUST BOUGHT MY FIRST CAR.. A BEAUTIFUL CADILLAC CATERA FROM A DEALERSHIP CALLED PAYLESS AUTO IN FLATBUSH BROOKLYN.THE CADY HA 94,000 MILES ON IT SO I FIGURED TO GO WITH AN EXTENDED WARRENTY.I MADE THE DEALER LUBE OIL UP AND GAS MY CAR ASWELL AS PUT IN NEW TIRES AND BREAKS.THE FIRST WEEK WENT BY,STILL HAD A SQUEEK ON MY ROTORS,BRANG THE CAR BACK THE CHANGED THE 2 FRONT ROTORS.NOW I WAS RELAXED WITH PEACE OF MIND THAT MY CAR STILL HAD 3 WEEKS LEFT ON MY ONE MONTH WARRENTY, AND 12 MONTH EXTENDED WARRENTY WITH WYNNS WHICH COST ME 1250 EXTRA ON MY FINAL CAR PRICE.IN AS LITTLE AS THE FIRST MONTH MY TRANSMISION FAILED!!! ...THE CAR ONLY WENT REVERSE,I HAD TO TOW IT TO A TRANSMISIONS PLACE QUICK!! I SAID YES!! THIS IS COVERED! I BRANG THE CAR TOWED IN WHICH I PAYED OUT OF POCKET _SO MUCH FOR THAT BEING REIMBURSED_--AND WAS ASKED IF I HAD AN EXTENDED WARRENTY,I GLADLY SAID YES I DO AND GAVE THE GUY MY WARRENTY.IT ALL WAS COVERED SO FAR IN BOTH OUR HEADS UNTIL THEY MADE THE PHONE CALL THE NEXT DAY.WYNNS SENT A 'PROFFESIONAL' TO ANALYZE THE POINT OF FAILURE,AUTHORIZED THE TRANSMISION TO BE TAKEN OUT AND OPENED FOR INSPECTION.HE GAVE THE OK FOR THE TRANSMISION TO BE REBUILT.THIS PROCESS TOOK ABOUT A WEEK.ONCE IT WAS REBUILT,THE MECHANICS MADE THE DISCOVERY OF THE REAR DIFFERENTIAL BEING DAMAGED ASWELL.WYNNS WAS CALLED AGAIN,THE INSPECTION GUY CAME AGAIN,HE GAVE THE GO AHEAD.ONE MONTH LATER IM STILL CAR-LESS AND RECIEVE A PHONE CALL FROM MY TRANSMISSION GUY AND HE TELLS ME 'I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH WYNNS -- WHAT KIND OF MICKEY MOUSE COMPANY IS THIS? , THEY HAVE DENIED YOU AND THIS HAS GOT TO COME OUTA YOUR POCKET IM SORRY PLEASE CALL THEM.' IM COMPLETELY SIDE SWIPPED...THE BILL IS A CRAZY 3,500 !!!! AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY IT!!! I CALLED WYNNS AND THEY KEPT IGNORING ME..THE RESPONSE I DID GET IS 'WRITE A LETTER AND WELL GET BACK TO YOU' YEA OK 2 YRS LATER,TWO SUMMONS WITH ENDORSED COMPLAINTS LATER ..NOTHING...I SENT OUT TWO COURT SUMMONSES TO THE SHERRIFF FOR THE ADDRESS GIVEN -63-03 BLUE LAGOON DR.,SUITE 225 , MIAMI , FL 33126---AND NOW I SEE SOMEONE HAS A DIFFERENT ADDRESS...MAYBE THATS WHY I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE?.HMMMM ... I AM REDICULOUSLY MADD AND OUT 3500 PLUS TOWING EXPENCES...WHAT DO I DO NOW???

You Should Know What To Do!
Lets get the facts straight. First of all this claim occured on November 9, 2007. Second, you fail to say that your own mechanic found that the reason why your transmission failed is because you were driving the car around with a failed differential. The independent inspector that saw your vehicle confirmed that the differential failed from a long term oil leak. You ran it out of oil, burned up it up from lack of oil it then bound up causing your transmission to fail.
