UPS - they will not deliver to me
Iam repeatedly being denied receipt of my packages, Ive been told by another someone else other than UPS who ha helped me to obtain the information because UPS would not tell me anything. where Iam currently living the address was used to receive fraud packages which has nothing to do with me I just moved in this apt. Ive tried telling UPS this but noone seems to listen or care, Iam even being denied picking up the package an showing driver license which would verify my identity, Iam being told all packages will be returned to shipper, and Ive been notified by a shipper that the reason for the return was marked receiver refused package?? How could I refuse the package when it was never delivered intercepted during delivery.. this is an inconvience because I do alot of shopping online, I should not have to suffer for something that has nothing to do with me and UPS is not even trying to resolve the matter or speak with me concerning the problem one of the shippers had to notify me of what was going on.. very poor customer service. this is out of the Sweetwater location in houston texas,
