Mr. William W. Dunlap, Petitioner, upon information and belief, states the following:
COMPLAINT
All other relief that Petitioner is entitled to pursuant to F.R.C.P. 54(c) in the amount of 250,170,263.93 JUDGMENT ORDER FOR FORFEITURE on Jan 20, 2007 in default, over thirty false arrests and warrants, obstruction of justice, police misconduct, judicial misconduct, wantonly beat for trying to enforce rights under the laws, deprived of rights and laws - TITLES 28 U.S.C. 1343 and 28 U.S.C. 1443(1)(2), and Treble damages - TITLE 42 U.S.C. 1983.

Contempt Based On Rule 5 - Preliminary Hearing

Judges close case and do not allow a Preliminary hearing or fail to bring to a court upon custody, have no warrant to take into custody. Violate Rule 5, Abducted and jailed illegally over 30 times by police officers in Colorado, Retaliation and harrassment. Tarred and feathered, can not pursue any remedy being disabled or without counsel, was injured by police officers and corrupt businesses targeting Petitioner on falsely reported information.

1. Clerks not filing my motions and destroying evidence to cover up crimes. Clerk is responding for Respondent's when they don't show or do not respond which is extreme prejudice. Clerk interference.
2. Judges are removing my court appointed counsel and not allowing any legal arguments to be presented.
3. Prosecution is being my utioner when a jury trial is set for trial by cancelling my set trail dates. I end of having no trial by jury due to interference by the judge, DA, or clerk.
