Dear Verizon Wireless Fraud Management,
On March 3, 2009, I found out that a Verizon Wireless account number 067144141800001 had an amount of 329.05 which I am disputing. I believe the account was falsified, or mislead by Verizon Wireless within the Collections Department by Verizon Wireless Financial Services on April 30, 2009, May 12, 2009, and May 20, 2009.
Unfortunately, Verizon Wireless breached your 2 year contract by shutting your cell phone services off before payment, violated your right to Fair Debt Collection Practices Act Section 805(c) - Cease Collection Efforts on April 30, 2009. Verizon Wireless sent you collection notices, pulled and damaged your credit report, damaged your credit score, put you on alert fraudulently after you paid in full, Verizon Wireless breached your cell phone contract with them. You asked them to close your account, and stop harassing you. I am disappointed because I did not get to use cell phone service. I had my credit report pulled and found that this was not disclosed clearly to me or was misrepresented on my credit report.
To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your assistance to remove this Verizon Wireless account number 067144141800001 immediately from my credit report, make a public apology by letter to me, and refund any credits or damages that are owed to me.
Please keep my information private and confidential, and do not disclose my Information to any third party companies. A debt collector may not use any false, deceptive, or misleading representation or means in connection with the collection of any debt. Without limiting the general application of the foregoing, the following conduct is a violation of this Section of the Fair Debt Collection practices Act 807(12) False or misleading representations 15 USC 1962e the false representation or implication that accounts have been turned over to innocent purchasers for value on March 3, 2009.

Corruption By Pre-paid Legal - Ron Krueger
Ron Krueger at Phone: (888) 254-7424 his company pre-paid legal had me hire two attorney's Mr. Black and Jimmy Holden which cost me 9000 dollars. I found out one was not a attorney and both of them did not show for court left me to false arrest and imprisonment over thirty times. Prepaid legal charged me about 1,300.00 in membership fees then they cancelled me. I paid them for a will that I never got. I paid them for 13 years of legal service which I am not getting.
