OHIO Summit County Children Protective Services Board - Whose children are these??
Children Services took two very young children into 'protective' custody pending the 'investigation' of alleged, not proven incident. AND HAVE placed both children into a potentially risky situation without considering the wishes of blood relatives to care for the same infant and toddler on a temporary basis. Children are now documented to be ill and the foster parent(s) are believed NOT to be following the same standard of care as expected. Meanwhile, there is lack of DUE PROCESS and an OFFICIAL case plan stating the legal representation of the children at risk, noted, A Guardian Ad Litem for the children. I am the maternal grandmother. Children Services caseworker is systematically preventing me from seeing my grandchildren for past 3 weeks, when I had been visiting these children on almost a daily basis since their birth(s).
