Geneva Roth - Over billing,, Fraud
On October of 2008 my husband I had ran into a financial problem so we decide to look into these payday loans not knowing that when you hit the submit button you automatacilly approve of there terms well the next day I went on my banks site and looked into my account seeing deposits for 3 different companies one we kept which was for 200.00 and paid them a total of 274.00, another one we called and told them to reverse the funds they did, and then comes Geneva Roth that borrowed us 500.00 and now in May of 2009 see that they took a total of 1800.00 from a 500.00 loan my husband called them and they told him to send a money gram for 150.00 and they would close the account but he didnt. I am in a whole because of them because I closed out one checking account cause they put me in a negative balance and started taking money from my other checking account they have been taking 150.00 every two weeks... I am now in collection for my first checking account of 300.00 plus 35.00 over draft fee, and 1500.00 they have taken from my other account. I contacted the BBB and they are currently waiting on a response from them I had sent two emails from the email address that was posted on BBB website and she has not contacted me I called them on 5-11-08 and she couldnt explain why this happened so she said I can only give you a refund of 150.00 I said no it better be atleast 1350.00 thats all I want back and thats paying my loan with interest so its not like I want to not pay the loan she hung up on me... I am upside down with this company can any one help me quickly.......
